Anna Sverdlik, PhD
Dr. Anna Sverdlik is a researcher, lecturer, and consultant specializing in motivation, well-being, and organizational systems. For over 15 years she studied why people disengage and burn out, why teams become dysfunctional, which factors shape cultures, and how small protocols transform entire cultures. At Melioscope, Dr. Sverdlik uses the same scientific models she teaches at McGill University, and applies them to organizations and industries that want fast, sustainable change.
