Auditing
Our auditing services provide an independent expert evaluation of the current cultural state of affairs within an organization. This includes an evaluation of the current values, beliefs, practices, and norms in the workplace. The audit is centered around observations and evaluation of the management team, as well as collecting insights from other sources (e.g., employees, contractors) as applicable. The goal is to identify key areas of improvement for the organizational culture and specific areas that cause negative emotions and well-being concerns in employees.
