Auditing

Our auditing services provide an independent expert evaluation of the current cultural state of affairs within an organization. This includes an evaluation of the current values, beliefs, practices, and norms in the workplace. The audit is centered around observations and evaluation of the management team, as well as collecting insights from other sources (e.g., employees, contractors) as applicable. The goal is to identify key areas of improvement for the organizational culture and specific areas that cause negative emotions and well-being concerns in employees.

Assessment

The first step to improving anything, is measuring it. Our assessment protocols are individually tailored to each organization, and may include quantitative assessments (such as standardized surveys), qualitative assessment (such as interviews, focus groups, or open-ended questions), or a combination of both. The goal is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of employees’ work experiences, focusing on organizational culture and individual work-related wellness, and provide solutions based on the organization’s unique analytics.

Advising 

Ameliorating a maladaptive organizational culture requires expertise and a systemic approach. An organizational transformation expert is ready to advise your organisational with the following steps:
